A Perfect day
The weather may not always be ideal, but a desire to have fun with good people, can make almost any day fantastic.
This business is intended to enable people on a lower budget get out fishing on many of the lakes or rivers in Manitoba and have fun. If things work out I will try to turn it into a non-profit organization. Nothing fancy, just fishing and fun with new friends and old friends.

He caught and landed this without any help from me.
The elusive black granite usually adds your hook to it’s collection.
Kevin also caught this one on a different day using the same rig. His favorite, the classic pickerel rig.
My Operating Plan
I encourage single parents and families with handicaps to contact me. I will try very hard to get you out on the water.
It is my intent to enable my clients to have an enjoyable and rewarding experience sport fishing in Manitoba. I am aiming at the moderate to less experienced fishers who are not otherwise able to enjoy fishing from a boat. I conceived this idea after volunteering numerous times with the Kids Fishing For A Cure, the Soldiers On The Red, plus Enabled Outdoors and Keeping It Reel events.
I plan to operate on a day trip basis with half day, full day, multiple day, and nighttime options available. Ice fishing will also be available.
I do not supply any meals or accommodations as part my operation.
I suggest clients wear or bring suitable clothing for inclement weather and sunscreen. I will also suggest that they bring refreshments, sandwiches, snacks etc.
Clients will be required to have valid fishing license if needed. (Age)
I will meet my clients at a suitable boat launch area or dock. In some instances, I may agree to some transportation to the launch site.
I will have rods, tackle, nets and life jackets available. Life jacket use will be mandatory while in the boat. I will make sure that they are aware of basic boating safety. I.e. remain seated while boat is in motion.
If necessary, I will instruct clients on the use of the rod and reel combination that they are using and I will make suggestions on fishing techniques.
I will supply appropriate tackle and bait (if required).
We will review regulations pertinent to the area or body of water we are fishing.
Alcohol and drugs will not be allowed on the boat and intoxication will not be allowed.
I will be taking clients to spots that I am familiar with and exploring new areas with them to insure they have a good experience.
